1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options to ensure a secure and seamless checkout experience:

All payments are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways to protect your data.
2. Billing Currency
All transactions on RobotBuy are processed in United States Dollars (USD) at checkout, regardless of the displayed local currency on the storefront. Your issuing bank may convert this charge to your local currency based on their conversion rate and fee policy.
3. Foreign Transaction Fees
If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, you may be subject to:

4. Order Confirmation & Receipts
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email including your receipt and order summary will be sent automatically. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- Please verify that all card details are entered correctly.
- Contact your bank to ensure there are no holds or restrictions.
- Try a different payment method.
RobotBuy reserves the right to cancel orders that are flagged for suspected fraud or where payment is unsuccessful after multiple attempts.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at service@robotbuy.store before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We’re committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and efficiently.
