Clone Alpha: The World’s First Fully Bionic Robot

1.Overview

Poland-based bionic robot company Clone Robotics is about to unveil the world's first fully advanced humanoid robot, Clone Alpha. Unlike the cold, metallic giants like Tesla's Optimus and Boston Dynamics' Atlas, Clone Alpha is more like a human replica, designed with a 1:1 scale of human muscles and bones to create a truly human-like bionic robot.

2.Features

Clone Alpha boasts realistic muscles, bones, nerves, and blood vessels. Its synthetic muscle fibers are capable of generating over 300 times the contraction force of human muscles. The robot’s skeletal system simulates the 206 bones in the human body, with the upper body alone offering 164 degrees of freedom. Its hands feature an astonishing 26 degrees of freedom, enabling incredibly precise movement control, even faster and more agile than human hands.

3.Hightlight

The robot's nervous system includes four depth cameras for 3D vision, while 70 sensors monitor joint movements and 320 pressure sensors provide muscle-level feedback. Powered by a 500-watt electric pump, similar in size to a human heart, combined with the most sophisticated hydraulic system ever created, Clone Alpha's "blood circulatory" system powers its entire body. It’s safe to say that Clone Alpha is the most human-like robot ever created.
