Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 2–5 days before shipment. Once processing is complete, your package will be shipped
the following day.

I. Shipping

Regular Shipment (10–15 business days):
Free of charge.

Premium Shipment (5–7 business days):
Orders under $1000: $30 shipping fee.
Orders $1000 or more: Free shipping.

II. Order Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation:
Full refunds are available before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns:
Returns allowed within 14 days under requirements

Return Requirements:Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
Customized products cannot be returned.

Important: Contact us at service@robotbuy.store before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns for Product Quality Issues:
For quality-related issues, contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.
Submit relevant photos to assist in resolving the issue.

III. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:Perishable goods, Customized products, Dangerous goods, Promotional items, Gift cards
